Emergencies include:

In the event of an emergency, our office or the green number outside office hours must be notified. Find these numbers in app's "Help center".

Traffic accident

Ensure your own safety, secure the scene of the accident, call 112 if necessary.

Late return affecting the subsequent booking

In cases of late return without influence on the subsequent booking, the booking can be extended independently online.

Technical emergency situations

e.g. problems with locking or unlocking

The booked vehicle is not at the car sharing station

Unfortunately this can happen if, for example, "third-party parkers" have blocked the car sharing parking space.

Please note
You cannot call the towing service yourself. This must be done via our office/call centre.

Damage to cars
Before setting off, the vehicle must be checked for damage. New damage must be reported directly via the app. This also includes dirt or missing utensils.
