New, simplified process for reporting damages

The damage assessment process has been further developed and simplified. From now on, AI technology will support the process, ensuring that damage can be assessed quickly, transparently and fairly – with as little effort as possible for our customers.
We are launching a trial phase with our vehicles in Bolzano.

What’s changing?
Previously, it was necessary to carefully inspect the entire vehicle for damage and to photograph and report individual issues separately.
In future, four all-round photos will be taken as standard during every vehicle inspection, showing the vehicle in full from all sides.

How does AI help with this?
The all-round photos taken are automatically analysed to clearly document the condition of the vehicle.
Should additional photographs be necessary for a clear assessment, specific supplementary photos will be requested.
This ensures the process remains both efficient and reliable, in the interests of all users.

You can still submit your own damage reports
Of course, you can still upload your own photos at any time – both additional 360° photos and detailed images (e.g. showing dirt, damage to the interior or technical problems).
The 360° photo documentation and vehicle-specific information ensure that the vehicle’s condition is recorded in a transparent manner.
